Updated to V 32.0 final version

A quick update on the Hotline Miami series.

This is the end for the series on Youtube and for this project. I have ended the video series on number 31 and added a few key features to make this project a bit more round and useable generally (for those that don't want/didn't watch the videos documenting the process).

Hope you like what you see. That was a lot of work and you can instantly use this project even commerially if you like (graphics + code is generally CC3by, see copyright in the project itself). I buffed it up graphically so it doesn't look as aweful as from the start.
